Last night, I paid ₺259 for a subscription on the Superprof platform. It was clearly stated on the site that the subscription fee would only be charged after my tutor request was accepted. However, the payment was processed even though no tutor accepted my request, and the amount was withdrawn from my account.
After this issue occurred, I contacted Superprof customer service via email, but I haven’t received any response yet. There is also no phone number available to reach them directly.
During the subscription and payment process, I was not presented with any contract or withdrawal policy. The transaction was made from Samsun.
I request that my subscription be canceled and that the ₺259 fee be refunded to me as soon as possible.
