Superprof Withdrew Money from My Card Without My Consent or Communication
I have been a member of the Superprof platform for about a year. Although I once contacted a teacher through the site, I never actually took any lessons. However, without my knowledge, on August 29 and September 29, two separate charges of ₺199 each were withdrawn from my credit card — a total of ₺398. I was never informed about these transactions, and there is no phone number available to contact customer support.
My registered email address is _85@hotmaıl.com. I have never contacted Superprof customer service before because I couldn’t find any communication channel. I also haven’t been able to access any digital receipts or payment slips.
I request a full refund of these unauthorized charges. Additionally, I want my account to be permanently closed and all of my personal data deleted from the system.
