About a month ago, I made what appeared to be a one-time membership payment on Superprof.com. However, on August 22, 2025, an additional ₺199 was withdrawn from my card (last four digits: 3514) without my consent or approval. I did not receive any notification or confirmation message regarding this transaction.
When I first joined, there was no mention of a subscription or recurring payment, only a single payment option. Despite that, another charge was made automatically.
I previously experienced a similar issue through Iyzico, and this recurring, unauthorized payment is unacceptable. I request that this unexpected charge be investigated immediately and that the ₺199 be refunded to my account as soon as possible.
