Superprof Charges My Card Without Me Taking a Single Lesson

When I signed up to take lessons through Superprof, I was told that my card would only be charged once I actually took a lesson. However, even though I never took any lessons, $5 was charged to my credit card on June 23.
I don't accept this charge, since I never gave any authorization for it and never took a lesson. I have the necessary details documented in my account and about the transaction, but I haven't yet contacted Superprof customer service about this.
I'm requesting that Superprof refund the $5 charged to my credit card without my permission or any actual lesson taken, and that any similar automatic charges be canceled if they exist.
