Superprof App Unauthorized Charge — Requesting Refund
On the Superprof app, I made a payment of $6 to find a tutor, using my Akbank debit card. This first payment was done with my full consent. However, later I noticed that a second charge of the same amount — another $6 — was made from my card without any approval or consent from me.
This second charge, which was not requested by me in any way, was definitely made without my knowledge. I have not yet contacted Superprof or my bank about this. First and foremost, I request an explanation from Superprof for this unauthorized charge, and the full refund of the wrongly charged amount.
I demand that this unauthorized charge be canceled and that the money be refunded to me as soon as possible.
