I subscribed to the Superprof Student Pass on 18 March 2024 in order to use a tutor at that time. I was not aware that this was a recurring monthly subscription, and after that initial use in March 2024 I did not use the service again at any time. Only on 8 December 2025 did I realise that the Student Pass had been renewing every month from March 2024 to December 2025. In total, 22 monthly payments of €39 were taken from my account, amounting to €858, while I did not use the service at all during this entire period. I contacted Superprof customer service on 8 December 2025 and was informed that my subscription had been cancelled, but that no refund would be issued for the unused months. As I received no benefit from the service after the initial period in March 2024, I find it unfair that such a large amount has been charged without any actual use. I am kindly requesting a full refund of €858, corresponding to the 22 monthly payments of €39 each that were taken from my account from March 2024 to December 2025 while I did not use the service, and I would like this matter to be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
