Superprof Auto-Charges My Card for a Membership I Never Started

I created a profile on Superprof to find a private tutor for my daughter, and in April, I knowingly made a payment, believing it would be a one-time charge. I never intended to start any kind of membership or subscription — I only agreed to a single, one-time payment.
However, on May 20, 2026, I noticed that another automatic charge had been taken from my card. I never authorized this charge, and I was never informed that I had started a membership or subscription. Not being clearly and transparently informed about a membership, only to have the system automatically pull payments on its own, has left me feeling wronged.
The email address registered to my account is r***************@gmail.com. I tried to contact Superprof about this by email, but I'm not even sure whether my email actually went through, and I haven't received any response at all.
I'm requesting that this most recent payment — charged without my knowledge or consent — be refunded to my card as soon as possible, and that any membership that appears to have been started in the background be canceled immediately. I expect a prompt and clear response on this matter.
