Superprof Membership Still Active After I Cancelled Two Years Ago
I subscribed to a monthly Superprof membership about two years ago and cancelled it through my account at that time. However, I recently noticed that my membership still appears as active. Because of this, I am concerned that charges may have been made to my credit card without my knowledge or consent.
My account name is Sengül D***, and I originally made the payments by credit card. Even though I cancelled my membership a long time ago, seeing it appear active — and the possibility of unauthorized charges — is extremely unsettling. Unfortunately, I no longer have an email or screenshot from the time I cancelled, but I am certain that I ended my membership back then.
I request that my Superprof account be fully and immediately closed, that any ongoing charges to my credit card be stopped at once, and that all unjust charges taken since the date I cancelled my membership be refunded to me. I kindly ask that this matter be investigated urgently and that I be provided with a written update.
