Superprof Charged Me for Months Without Showing an Active Subscription

I signed up for Superprof about 6–7 months ago just to browse the platform. At the time, approximately $6 was charged from my card, but the system did not clearly show this as a subscription membership. Because of that, the recurring charges were difficult to notice on my bank statement.

What makes this even more frustrating is that Superprof did not send any clear renewal notifications or warning emails about continuing charges. I only realized today, after checking my account activity, that payments had apparently been continuing for months.

The charges were also displayed under “education” on my card statement instead of clearly appearing as a subscription or recurring membership, making the payments even harder to recognize. Honestly, this feels extremely misleading. If you are going to continue charging customers automatically, at the very least it should be clearly identified as a subscription and users should receive proper email notifications before renewals happen.

In addition, when I first signed up, I was not even properly aware that future payments would be withdrawn automatically. I find this whole process unfair and lacking transparency.

I request that the recurring membership charges taken without my clear awareness be reviewed and refunded, and that my membership be canceled immediately.
