I Want My Superprof Membership Fully Canceled

I started a monthly membership on Superprof by paying approximately $8 with my credit card in order to create a painting lesson request. However, even after more than 48 hours passed, I did not receive any response whatsoever to my lesson request, and the instructor never replied.

This situation turned into both a waste of time and wasted money. Keeping tutor listings on the site without proper supervision, while also charging users a membership fee despite not providing an actual service, caused me serious frustration and inconvenience. Because of this, I deleted my Superprof account to prevent any future charges from being taken from my card.

My expectation from Superprof is that my monthly membership be completely canceled and that absolutely no further payments be withdrawn from my card in the future. I also want tutor listings on the platform to be monitored more carefully so that other users do not experience the same type of inconvenience and disappointment that I experienced.
