Superprof Charged My Card Repeatedly Despite Saying It Wasn’t a Subscription

Through the Superprof website, I paid ₺200 for what was clearly stated as a one-time payment — only to view teacher profiles and send messages. However, after that transaction, recurring charges began to be withdrawn from my card without my knowledge or consent. Even though I haven’t used the site for a while, another ₺200 was withdrawn on August 1.

I tried contacting Superprof customer service, but I haven’t received any response. I deleted my account today, but these unauthorized withdrawals were started even though I was told the payment was not part of a subscription.

I demand a full refund of all unauthorized payments made without my consent and a clear explanation from Superprof regarding this issue.
