Over the past two months, I’ve been charged about $6 per month on my credit card by Superprof, and I only just noticed it. I apparently signed up without realizing it, and I did not receive any warning or notification about these charges.
I tried to log into my account and cancel the subscription, but I wasn’t able to do so, and I couldn’t terminate my membership through the system. Despite that, the charges to my card continued.
I request that my subscription be cancelled immediately and that the approximately $12 that has been charged to my credit card over the last two months be fully refunded to me.
