Superprof Not Refunding My Canceled English Lesson
On November 17, I submitted a request for private English lessons through Superprof and paid $7. However, even though I canceled my lesson request, the refund has not been issued for the past 2–3 days. I also have not received any information regarding the refund process.
I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that the amount I paid be refunded to me. In addition, I want to make sure no charges are taken from my account next month. Although I emailed customer service, my issue has still not been resolved. I kindly ask for assistance.
