Superprof Account Delete Button Not Working, Still Billing Me

I tried the Superprof platform for my daughters as a trial for general lessons, and it was stated that it would be a one-time payment of about $5. However, for almost a full year, money has continued to be withdrawn from my account regularly, and the total amount charged has exceeded $24. These payments were taken from my credit card.
I attempted to cancel my account and end my membership, but the “delete account” button does not work under any circumstances. When I contacted customer service, they told me that the subscription continued automatically because I did not delete my account — but technically it is impossible for me to close it. My membership is still active, and charges are still being taken from my card.

I request that my account be closed immediately, that all unfair charges made to my card be refunded to me, and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
