On August 18, we linked my mother's debit card to my Roblox account. On the same day, my mother purchased a code from another website for 800 Robux, which I then redeemed. During gameplay, I mistakenly accepted 2 offers, assuming they would deduct 800 Robux, but instead, money was withdrawn from my mother's debit card without requesting a password. After my mother successfully reversed the transaction and retrieved the funds, Roblox issued a 6-month ban against me. Interestingly, there was no issue when money was withdrawn from the card without a password or confirmation. In collaboration with my mother, we are considering filing a complaint against the game. I am determined to regain access to my account, for which I've dedicated considerable effort.
