Sadly, I must report that my most recent online shopping adventure was not a pleasant one thanks to Pull & Bear. The 20152136761 that I ordered was obviously broken when it arrived. The store didn't have any alternatives, so I couldn't return it for a refund. The company's employees seemed blasé about the quality of the goods they were shipping out, and I felt like I was the unfortunate recipient of their carelessness. During packaging, the obvious flaw should have been discovered. Due to this incident, I am currently dealing with the hassle of returning the item for a refund, and I am disappointed that I will not be receiving the product I had originally ordered. The service and lack of professionalism at Pull & Bear are totally unacceptable. Pull & Bear seems to care little about the quality of the goods they ship, so I wouldn't recommend buying from their website again.
