Pull & Bear Return Process is Impossible – Misinformation from Customer Service

I purchased a pair of shoes from Pull & Bear today, but they were too small. Naturally, I wanted to initiate a return, but the process has been unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. How difficult can it be to return an item?

First, I contacted customer service to ask if they offer home pickup for returns. They confirmed that they do, so I proceeded with my request. However, when I tried to finalize the return, I realized it wasn’t actually possible. Confused, I contacted customer service again, and this time, they claimed that home pickup is not available and blamed me for not getting the right information earlier.

How can a simple return be this difficult? One representative says yes, another says no, and I’m left dealing with the mess. Pull & Bear, fix your return process and ensure your customer service gives consistent and accurate information. This has been a complete waste of time, and I won’t be ordering again if this is how you handle simple returns!
