Pull and Bear Return Code Expired Despite Valid Return Period

I purchased a product from Pull and Bear, with the right to return it by November 8. However, I was informed that my return code had expired, even though it was still within the valid return period. When I tried to request a new code, the system kept giving errors.

I contacted customer service for assistance, but they were unhelpful and did not provide a solution. I do not want to be stuck with a product I intended to return. I demand that Pull and Bear resolve this issue immediately and provide me with a valid return code so I can complete the process as promised. This experience has been very frustrating.
