Pull and Bear Delivered Product With Security Tag – No Solution Provided
One of the items in my online order from Pull and Bear was delivered with a store security tag still attached, making it impossible for me to use the product. Although this error clearly stems from the company’s negligence, customer service merely advised me to either return the product or take it to a store. Since the item I purchased with great interest is now out of stock, returning it is not a viable solution. Moreover, I should not be burdened with visiting a store or dealing with the return process, as the responsibility for this mistake lies entirely with the company. There is also no Pull and Bear store in my city. I placed my order properly, made the payment, yet I am unable to use the item due to this shipping error. Despite this, the company refuses to take responsibility and shifts the inconvenience onto me. I expect this issue to be resolved without further hassle, in line with the values of a brand that claims to care about customer satisfaction. Otherwise, I will not hesitate to exercise all my legal rights.
