Global Blue Fails to Pay €51.5 Tax Refund From Naples Airport
On September 14, 2025, I completed a tax-free refund process through Global Blue at Naples Airport for a purchase I made. As a result of this transaction, I was supposed to receive a refund of €51.5 to my credit card. However, despite the time that has passed, I have seen that this payment has still not been processed. Even though I contacted Global Blue by email regarding this matter, I have not received any explanation for the delay, and my issue has not been resolved. Not being informed about the status of the payment or the reason it has not been issued is causing me significant inconvenience. I expect Global Blue to process the €51.5 tax-free refund to my credit card as soon as possible.
We still haven't reached a solution. How much longer do I have to wait, I wonder!
