On January 31st, I experienced a serious problem during the delivery of my Coca-Cola products at Mall of Istanbul. Twelve Fuse Tea bottles and eight 200 ml plain sodas were damaged when another vehicle struck them. The delivery driver left the products in a blind spot within the mall where large vehicles pass, instead of their usual secure location, and the damage occurred entirely due to the driver’s improper placement, outside our control area. Following the incident, I contacted officials at both the mall and Coca-Cola, as well as the call center. However, I was told that they could not do anything because I had signed the delivery note upstairs before the products arrived. Burak O***, who is responsible for this area and handling orders, also tried to evade responsibility, stating that I was responsible because I had signed it. Despite clearly explaining that we are obligated to sign the delivery note without seeing the products and that the products arrived later, this was ignored, and no solution was offered. Considering I am working with a large company like Coca-Cola, dealing with staff who cannot even solve such a small and clear problem and being left without support is truly disheartening. For about a year, I have been making extremely simple requests, such as needing a Coca-Cola bottle opener, but even that request has not been fulfilled. Since I am already placing orders through the CCinext system and even my most basic requests are not being met, I do not understand the purpose of the person responsible for this area and collecting orders, and why they are still in this position if they cannot solve problems. Because of all this, I request that my broken products be completely replaced and that an investigation be conducted into the team responsible for this area so that a similar situation does not happen again.

When I called today, I saw that there is still no solution regarding this issue. I was told that they are still waiting for the camera footage from the mall. Could someone who listens properly please get in touch with me?

The products broke during transport, the responsibility was placed on me, I requested a replacement, the brand responded but I was not contacted; the process is still unresolved and the staff's inadequacy bothers me.
