Pull & Bear Refund Delay – Order Canceled, But No Money Returned
On January 12, I placed an order through Pull & Bear’s online store. After waiting for days without any shipping updates, I canceled my order on January 16. Since then, I have not received my refund.
I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that no refund request has been processed from Pull & Bear’s end. They advised me to reach out to the store directly. However, customer support is completely useless—they claim they’ve "forwarded the issue," but nothing changes. I’ve also been emailing them for over a week, and their response is always the same: "We’re reviewing your case, it may take a while."
This is completely unacceptable. How can it take this long to process a simple refund? They took my payment immediately, but when it comes to giving it back, they stall indefinitely. I demand my refund to be processed immediately. Pull & Bear, fix your system and start treating your customers better!
