Global Blue Office Closed Early at Belgrade Airport, €Tax Refund Missed

On January 20, 2026, I went to the Global Blue office located next to counter C01 at Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport to process my tax refund. Although the posted closing time of the office was 8:00 PM, there were no staff members present from 6:00 PM onward, and the office was completely closed. As a result, I was unable to complete my tax refund procedures for the amount of 47,000 Serbian dinars. Because the office was closed before its stated closing time, I suffered financial loss and believe that my rights were violated. I request that Global Blue take this grievance into consideration and pay my full tax refund of 47,000 Serbian dinars as soon as possible.
