Global Blue Reverses €200 Tax Refund Without Notice
In a tax refund transaction I completed through Global Blue, a refund of approximately €200 was initially credited to my card, but about one month later it was withdrawn without any notification or explanation. The transactions took place on January 10 and January 13. When I tried to contact Global Blue through their website to understand and resolve the issue, I found that it is not possible to reach them directly; only an online form can be submitted, and despite doing so, I have not received any response. I also contacted my bank, but they were unable to assist, leaving me without my money and without any clear explanation. I do not accept that a refund credited to my card was later reversed without any reported error or missing documentation. I request that the approximately €200 that was unfairly withdrawn be re-credited to my card in full and that I be provided with a clear written explanation as to why this action was taken.
