Pull & Bear Lost My Order - No Receipt, Missing Refund

On June 15, 2025, I placed a Click & Collect order, number 20248925871. They charged me the moment I submitted the order, but I received no invoice or confirmation email until June 18, 2025! My order, which I was supposed to pick up just four hours later, is still nowhere to be found, and their customer service keeps telling me to "wait."

During this nightmare, they actually canceled one of my items, and the refund for that item is still missing. They claim it will take 14 days for the refund to process. I chose Click & Collect precisely because I didn't want to wait for shipping, and now I've been waiting for a week. They haven't even sent me a proper invoice, only a delayed confirmation email on the 18th.

Pull & Bear, you need to fix this massive screw-up immediately! Provide my complete order, refund the canceled item now, and send me a proper invoice.
