Honda PCX125 Dashboard Condensation Problem Not Fixed

When I dropped off the scooter, there was no condensation visible because the screen had dried in the sun. After the service, they called and told me I could pick it up, adding that the screen was not taking in water. I showed the authorized staff member a photo of the condensation and asked them to call the mechanic. The mechanic said they had sprayed water on the screen and found no issue, but after seeing the photo, he told me to bring the scooter back when convenient so they could “prove it to Honda” and take photos and videos while the problem was actively occurring.
On my way home from the service center, I noticed that the screen had fogged up again. I immediately turned around, returned to the service center, and showed them the condensation, saying, “Look, it has happened again.” They responded, “Alright, when you’re available, leave it with us and we’ll spray water on it and record it.”
That evening, after finishing my errands, I left the scooter there. It remained at the service center for about two days. Then they called and said the screen was not fogging or taking in water and suggested that since it was summer, I should continue using it and bring it back if it happened again.
Every time the issue appears and I bring the scooter in, I am told they need to see it from the very beginning in order to document proof. When I leave it so they can observe it from the start, I am later told, “It didn’t happen while it was with us.” I am now constantly going back and forth to Kıvrak Motor, and both the staff and service records can confirm this repeated process.
I have reached the point where I feel embarrassed about repeatedly going back for the same unresolved issue. Honda has made me regret my choice. I specifically chose a Japanese brand because I believed they stand behind their products.
I request that the defective instrument panel of my Honda PCX125, which repeatedly fogs up and appears to allow moisture inside, be replaced under warranty. I also ask Honda to intervene directly to ensure that this issue is resolved definitively and permanently.
