Lexus LM 350 Interior Materials Don’t Match Luxury Price

We purchased a Lexus LM 350, and aside from its appearance, the vehicle does not justify its $295,000 price tag. The material quality feels paper-thin for a vehicle at this price point. The interior glove compartment plastics, the rear trunk plastics—overall, the materials feel cheap and low quality. The stitching on the leather seats is poorly done. There’s a loose, portable trim piece behind the driver’s seat. There are stains on the chrome details that won’t come off. There’s no proper fixture to keep items in place in the refrigerator compartment. It honestly feels like we bought a one-off, makeshift vehicle—this has been a complete disappointment for us.
It feels like we bought a basic Toyota rather than a luxury vehicle. Also, there are two umbrellas in the back, and when the door closes, they get caught and crush the interior trim. The car has only 33 km on it—it’s brand new—and I can’t imagine what condition it will be in after a few years.
