FlixBus Sends Unsafe Minibus Instead of Coach, Causing Missed Flight

On February 24, I purchased a FlixBus ticket for the Tirana–Skopje route, which was scheduled to operate between 9:00 AM and 1:50 PM. However, instead of the planned full-size coach, a small, uncomfortable minibus that did not meet any reasonable service standards was sent. The vehicle offered no comfort, did not feel safe, the air conditioning was not working, there was no luggage compartment, and no proper space was provided for our suitcases. The trip began under these conditions and still had not ended; even though it was already 3:40 PM, we were still on the road. Due to this serious delay, we missed our flight departing from Skopje. Despite the hardship we experienced, neither the staff nor FlixBus provided any assistance or solution, and the matter was not addressed. I paid approximately $23 by credit card for this trip, and my reservation number is 3320829711. I do not accept being provided with a substandard and unsafe minibus instead of the scheduled coach, nor do I accept receiving no support despite missing our flight due to the significant delay. To resolve this issue, I first request a full refund of the ticket price, and I also demand that FlixBus inspect and properly regulate the vehicle type, safety standards, and scheduling on the Tirana–Skopje route to prevent similar incidents from happening again.
