Pull and Bear Delivery and Return Can't Be Negotiated with the Customer Service

On November 30, I purchased a "virtual card" gift with order number "20180802563" from Pull & Bear online. The payment was deducted from my bank card, but the card was not sent via email. When I contacted customer service, they mentioned a "technical glitch on the site," but there hasn't been a clear explanation yet. They assured me it would be processed from November 30 onwards, but there is still no email or notification. Spending so much time for a simple transaction sent via email seems quite absurd. They say I have until December 30 for a refund, but when I ask for a refund, they claim we can't initiate a separate process for it at the moment. This has been a lesson for us never to use the Pull & Bear brand again. Customer service only communicates through WhatsApp, and towards the end of their working hours, they respond very late and dodge the issue.
