On September 27, 2025, I canceled my online order from Pull & Bear’s web store. My order number was 20186090664, which included a cardigan and a blouse. The total amount of 3,180 TL was charged to my credit card, but even after the cancellation, the refund has still not been processed.
After canceling, I only received a simple order cancellation email without any clear information about the refund timeline. I contacted customer service via email, but the response I received was unhelpful, telling me to “check with your bank.” I spoke to my bank, and they confirmed that no refund request had been initiated.
There is no live chat support available, and WhatsApp support only sends automated replies. Even email responses arrive in English and are later translated into Turkish, which makes communication more frustrating.
This entire process has left me very disappointed, and I will never shop with Pull & Bear again. I expect my refund of 3,180 TL to be processed immediately and my issue to be resolved without further delay.
