Pull & Bear Jacket Return Refund Missing for Over a Month – No Response from Support

I returned a jacket to Pull & Bear over a month ago, but I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, and each time they assure me that I’ll get a response via email, yet I never hear back. It feels like my complaint is being brushed off, as there’s still no sign of my refund on my credit card statement. I expected a reliable and prompt resolution, but this experience has been nothing but frustrating. I’m requesting Pull & Bear to take action immediately and process my refund. It’s disappointing to have to chase after a simple return for so long without any support or accountability from the brand.

I returned a product I purchased from the Pull and Bear mobile app on 23.09.24 to the store on 27.09.24, but it still hasn't been refunded. On 12.11.24, I contacted customer service again, and they dismissively said they processed the refund and told me to speak with the bank. I spoke with the bank twice, and my refund still hasn't been processed. I don't know when this mess will end.
