On September 3, 2025, I purchased an item from the Pull & Bear online store and later returned it unused with an official return request. My order number is 20255141987.
According to the system, my refund of 3,470 TL was supposedly processed back to my bank card on September 10, 2025. However, as of today, no payment has been credited to my account.
I contacted both customer service and support via email multiple times. Each time, I was told to check with my bank. Yet, my bank confirmed that no refund transaction has been received or is pending under my account.
It has now been nearly one full month since the return, and I am still waiting for my money. This delay is unacceptable.
I request that Pull & Bear immediately investigate this issue and ensure that my 3,470 TL refund is credited to my account without further excuses or delays.
