Mytrip.com Booking Error and Poor Customer Service Experience with Wizz Air

I recently purchased two tickets through Mytrip.com for September 1st, but the tickets were mistakenly processed for October 1st. After encountering card errors, I canceled the transaction, yet Mytrip.com proceeded with the payment without any confirmation or notification. This situation is incredibly concerning.
The problem escalated when I tried to resolve a refund issue with Wizz Air for extra legroom. Instead of processing my refund, my flight was canceled, and the customer service representatives were extremely arrogant and unhelpful. Their lack of proper handling of the issue has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated.
I hope for a resolution to this situation and that both companies take responsibility for these errors.
