I Can’t Get My Refund from Mytrip.com After Airline-Approved Ticket Cancellation

I am extremely disappointed with how Mytrip.com has handled my ticket cancellation. When I initially reached out to cancel my ticket, they redirected me to the airline. The airline assured me that there would be no cancellation fee and that I could proceed. Following their advice, I canceled the ticket myself.

However, despite the airline's confirmation, Mytrip.com refuses to refund my payment. Their customer support is not only rude and unprofessional, but also completely unhelpful. They keep passing the responsibility back and forth and have not provided any proper resolution. I’ve received no callbacks, no follow-up, and certainly no refund.

This experience has caused significant financial and emotional distress. I trusted both the platform and the airline, yet I'm left without my money or any form of support. I demand an immediate refund of my payment and for Mytrip.com to be held accountable for their failure to honor a cancellation that the airline itself approved.

They work with people who don't even know how to speak; every time I call, as soon as they find out what the issue is, they hang up on me. They don't even respond to complaints submitted to the Consumer Arbitration Committee, and their employees never connect you to their superiors.
