I Bought a Ticket from Mytrip but Didn’t Receive My Ticket Number for Days

I purchased a flight ticket through Mytrip and expected to receive my ticket number immediately after payment, as is standard practice. However, no ticket number was issued. I called customer service several times, but they offered no real help—just vague responses and empty reassurances. For the past two days, I’ve been going in circles, getting the same scripted answers over and over again.

This is not what I expect from a professional service. I paid in full, yet I have no confirmation of my booking, and no way to verify my flight. My plans are on hold because of this negligence. Mytrip needs to either provide my valid ticket immediately or refund the full amount without delay. I will never book through this platform again unless this is resolved quickly.
