Wizz Air Ticket Cancellation Struggles with Mytrip

My Wizz Air tickets with order numbers 1009-214-726 and 1017-568-072 were canceled by the airline. I have been fighting for a month to receive my refund for the tickets I purchased with cancellation protection through Mytrip.
During my numerous conversations with customer service representatives, I either hear that the refund has not been received from the airline or that they have received the payment and are informing their finance team, leaving me in a difficult position.
I advise against trusting such companies, even if they offer cancellation guarantees. I want my situation resolved as soon as possible.
