Monster Abra A7 Notebook Arrived With Broken Adapter Tip - No Solution

On 1 December, I purchased a Monster Abra A7 V16.2.2 notebook for ₺57,000 via Hepsiburada. When we opened the box and took the device out, we saw that the adapter’s tip that goes into the computer was broken. We did not plug it into the computer in any way and immediately contacted customer service. On the first call, I was told that an “missing part” record would be created and that the adapter would be supplied this way, which I accepted, because I do not want to return the product. The price of the same computer has risen to ₺75,000 and I do not want to buy a new one at a higher price. However, later this record was closed without my request. When we called again, I was told that the device must be taken to service. When I explained that there is no service in my city, I was told to send the computer by cargo. I do not accept this. I do not find it right for a brand-new device, which has only been with me for 2 days and has a broken adapter tip out of the box, to be sent back and forth by cargo and be worn out in this way. I have an order with the number 4796231180 for this purchase. Instead of sending this unused notebook to service by cargo, I request that a new, unopened product be sent to my address and that this device be picked up from my address under the same conditions, or that the defective adapter be replaced quickly without putting me through the service and cargo process. I expect Monster and Hepsiburada to stand behind the product and resolve this issue as soon as possible without causing me further loss of time or financial damage.
