Dyson V12 Tube Connection Becomes Loose During Use

I am using a Dyson V12 cordless vacuum cleaner that I purchased in March 2023 from an authorized Dyson retailer at Forum İstanbul. For about the past two months, there has been an issue at the connection point between the main body and the tube. The parts do not fit tightly, there is noticeable looseness at the joint, and this movement is clearly felt during use.

This situation is uncomfortable while cleaning and, in my opinion, does not meet the quality standards expected from a Dyson product. I contacted Dyson customer service by phone, but my complaint was not accepted and no solution was offered.

I request that this connection issue on my Dyson V12 be properly inspected and that the necessary action be taken, specifically the replacement of the defective part under appropriate conditions. I also believe this may be a chronic connection problem and would like to receive detailed feedback after the inspection.
