Evolution Gaming Ignored Video Evidence of Roulette Rule Violation

For the past three days, there has been a continuous rule violation on the Turkish Lightning Roulette table on Evolution Gaming. I have recorded video evidence during gameplay to prove this issue. I believe the rule violation is still ongoing and may not have been noticed by other players.
My casino username is Saplar5555, and I access the game through the Lazata site using a Samsung S23 Ultra with the Chrome browser. I experience this issue only on the Turkish Lightning Roulette table. I have suffered losses of over $1,150. All of my deposits were made properly, and I have video recordings as evidence.
I contacted customer support to report the issue, but not only did I receive no response, I was also blocked. I am requesting that this issue be urgently investigated, that the injustice I experienced be addressed, and that my financial losses be compensated.
