Kotex Fails to Provide Local Language Instructions for Hygiene Product
I purchased a Kotex tampon with applicator from the Gratis online store in Türkiye (order number PR23455541). When I opened the box, I was surprised and disappointed to see that the usage instructions inside were entirely in a foreign language.
This is a product that directly concerns personal hygiene and health, and the information provided is critical for safe and proper use. However, because there are no Turkish instructions included in the package insert, I am unable to clearly understand essential details such as how to use the product correctly, important safety warnings, and recommended usage duration.
As consumers in Türkiye, we have the right to clearly understand the products we purchase and how to use them safely. I request that Turkish-language usage instructions be added to the inserts of Kotex tampons with applicators sold in Türkiye, and that this issue be urgently corrected for all consumers.
In addition, I expect a formal apology for this negligence, as it directly affects consumer rights and my sense of safety as a user.
