I purchased the Abra A7 v15.3 17.3” gaming laptop from the Monster store on September 12, and I have been experiencing serious issues since the very first day. The computer constantly freezes, games do not load, or if they do, the screen freezes and lags. Due to these issues, I took it to service, had it formatted, and contacted customer service multiple times. At the service center, they only suggested formatting it, which I did, but the problems persisted. I also had reinstallations done by a technician, and customer service tried to assist via remote connection, but nothing worked. Each time, I was redirected to a different person, and no one took responsibility. Although my product is still under warranty, I have already spent ₺2,500 on formatting and software-related processes. Having to spend this much on a 1.5-month-old laptop without any solution has caused me significant inconvenience. Moreover, the indifferent and careless attitude of both customer service and store staff is another issue of complaint. My invoice/order number is Sıp014855260628. I initially requested a product replacement, but my request was denied. I have completely lost trust in this brand and now demand a full refund. I have suffered both financially and emotionally and request that these issues be urgently resolved.
