I purchased a Roborock H7 (H7M1A) and had been using it for just 3 months when it started randomly stopping and restarting even though the battery was charged. I sent it to the authorized service center, and they came back with a ₺6,000 repair bill, saying it wasn’t covered under warranty. When I asked what the issue was, I couldn’t reach anyone who would provide an answer.
I requested the return of my vacuum, and they said they'd email the diagnosis—but they never did. When I went to pick it up from Aras Kargo, I was charged ₺300 for insurance and ₺110 in additional fees. Shockingly, when I opened the package at the branch, the vacuum was broken.
The cargo company denied responsibility. When I called the service center, they said, “It’s not our problem either.” I also questioned why it wasn’t packaged in a box—just wrapped in bubble wrap—and was told, “We boxed it, but the shipping company opened it.” That makes no sense, since cargo companies aren't allowed to open packages.
I’ve been completely ignored and left without a functioning product, with zero accountability from Roborock or Aras Kargo. I demand a proper response, a full investigation into how my device was damaged, and compensation for the damage and costs I’ve incurred. This experience has been a total nightmare, and I feel completely exploited and abandoned as a customer.
