UPI Transaction Pending for Days After SBI Shows Success

I have a savings account with SBI Bank, and I made a UPI payment on January 31, 2026. The amount was debited from my account, and the bank is showing the transaction status as successful. However, the money has not been credited to the merchant, and the payment is still not reflecting on their end.

This situation has remained unresolved for several days and has caused me significant inconvenience. The UPI transaction reference number for this payment is UTR-908833226359. Despite the transaction showing as successful, the issue has still not been resolved.

I request that this transaction be urgently reviewed and that the amount either be credited to the intended merchant or refunded to my SBI savings account as soon as possible. I also request clear confirmation regarding the final status of this UPI payment.
