I play Garena Free Fire MAX on a Motorola Edge 50 Fusion, and my main game account with UID 1999469049 has been completely taken over by a hacker through my recovery email. My Free Fire MAX recovery email was compromised, and the hacker used it to remotely reset my device, change the login platform, update the recovery email, and lock me out of my own account. I can no longer access the account in any way.
This account was originally created on May 11, 2020, and I have been the sole user of it since then. Over the years, I have spent more than $2,400 USD on in-game purchases on this account. I can provide full proof of top-ups from August 5, 2020, to October 27, 2025, along with screenshots of in-game event completions, details of the previous login platform, and the original Gmail account that was used to create and bind the account.
Losing access to this long-term account and seeing someone else use it as a result of a security breach in my recovery email is extremely upsetting and stressful. I contacted Free Fire customer service about this issue and explained that I did not change the login platform myself. In their response, they stated that the login platform was swapped using the recovery email and that if I did not do it, then someone with access to my account must have done so. They also stated that they are unable to revert the login platform from their end and that unbinding or changing the recovery email can only be done by users, not by support.
This response does not resolve my situation, as I remain completely locked out of my account despite being the original owner and having extensive proof of ownership. I respectfully request that my Garena Free Fire MAX account (UID 1999469049) be recovered and that full access be restored to me as the rightful owner. I also request that all access belonging to the hacker be removed and that my account be properly secured so that this type of hijacking cannot happen again in the future.
