If Mindguru keeps charging you monthly and you want to stop the subscription;
Check where your subscription is managed;
• iPhone (App Store):
– Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions
– Find Mindguru → Cancel Subscription
• Android (Google Play):
– Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions
– Find Mindguru → Cancel Subscription
• Direct via Mindguru website:
– Log in → Account / Subscription
– Find your plan → Cancel
Confirm cancellation;
• Make sure it shows:
– “Subscription will not renew”
– Expiry date
• Screenshot the cancellation confirmation
Verify email notifications;
• Check your email (including Spam) for:
– “Subscription canceled”
– “Renewal stopped”
• Screenshot the message
Remove payment method if possible;
• If the app allows, delete saved card details
• This helps avoid accidental future charges
Check for multiple accounts;
• Ensure you canceled the subscription for the correct account/email
• Log out and back in to confirm
Ask Mindguru Support to confirm;
• Provide:
– Registered email
– Screenshot of cancellation
• Ask them to:
– Confirm cancellation on their system
– Ensure no future charges
If charges continue after cancellation, contact your bank/card issuer to block recurring charges and consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to pursue a resolution.
