Mindguru.life Secretly Bills Credit Card $26 in Unauthorized Subscription Fees
Even though I do not know the company named Mindguru.life and have never made any membership or subscription agreement with them, I noticed that a total of $26 was deducted from my Garanti BBVA card this month under the description "subscription fee." I never subscribed to any service, gave no approval, and charges were regularly processed without my knowledge.
Since I do not know this company, I was unable to contact them, nor have I spoken to my bank yet; I will contact my bank in the morning to file the necessary dispute and cancellation requests. The unauthorized use of my credit card information by this company has left me deeply disturbed.
I demand that Mindguru.life completely remove my card information from their systems, issue a full refund for all unauthorized charges made without my consent, and immediately cancel any subscription or membership that may have been created in my name.
