Mindguru Life Charged $20 Without a Recognized Subscription

On October 14, 2026, at 5:53 PM, I noticed a charge of approximately $20 on my Garanti Bank card with the transaction description “Mindguru. Life erteleme London.” I do not even remember whether I have ever used the Mindguru. Life platform. There is no app associated with this platform on my phone, and no such subscription appears in my Apple subscriptions. My active email account also contains no notification or invoice confirming that I created an account, started a subscription, made a payment, or had a subscription renewed.

I do not know which email address may have been used to create an account, whether such a membership actually exists, when it was started, or how long my card has been charged. Since I cannot locate any active membership or access subscription details, I have no way to review or cancel any potential recurring charges. It is unacceptable to charge my card for a service I do not use and whose existence I cannot even verify, while providing me with no accessible membership or payment information.

I therefore request that Mindguru. Life identify all membership and subscription records registered in my name or associated with my card. If a membership exists, I ask the company to explain when it was created, which email address was used, and what authorization or confirmation was provided to establish it. I also request a complete record of every charge made to my card to date, including the dates and amounts, and a full refund of all charges that lacked valid payment authorization or were made without my knowledge, including the most recent charge of approximately $20.

If an active subscription exists, I request its immediate cancellation, confirmation that no further charges will be made to my card, and written clarification and confirmation regarding all these transactions.
