Mindguru Unauthorized Charges for 5 Months After Subscription Cancellation

I purchased a one-month subscription to Mindguru and canceled the subscription on the same day. Despite this, starting in October 2025, $9 has continued to be charged to my credit card every month. When I check the App Store, no active subscription appears, yet for the past five months a significant amount has been withdrawn from my account without authorization.

During this time, I tried to contact Mindguru customer support multiple times and also sent emails, but I never received any response. I could not reach them through a phone number or any other communication channel, so the issue remains unresolved. Because the unauthorized charges kept occurring, I was forced to cancel my credit card completely. When I researched the issue online, I saw that many other users reported similar complaints, especially on Ekşi Sözlük.

Even though there is no active subscription visible, these charges have continued to be deducted from my account. I am requesting a full refund of all amounts charged, the permanent cancellation of any records or subscriptions associated with my name, and a written explanation regarding this issue.
