Mindguru.life Charges Credit Card Twice Without 3D Secure Authorization

Two separate charges of $26 were made to my Akbank credit card without my knowledge or explicit consent. In April 2026 and July 2026, a company named Mindguru.life (London GBR) collected a total of $53 from my credit card without 3D Secure verification or any approval on my part.

I was not provided with clear and understandable notice that a subscription would be renewed for these transactions, nor was my authorization requested prior to the charges. No explanation has been offered regarding how my credit card details were obtained or on what grounds these transactions were processed. I believe these collections violate both legal regulations and standard banking practices.

I demand a full refund of $53 for these two unauthorized transactions, the immediate cancellation of any active subscription in my name, and the permanent removal of my credit card information from their systems. Otherwise, I will initiate a chargeback dispute through my bank and pursue all necessary legal action.
