Mindguru Life Continued Charging My Card Even After I Canceled My Subscription

I am filing a complaint regarding the Mindguru. Life app/subscription because transactions have been made without my knowledge or consent. I had previously approved this membership myself but later canceled it on my end. However, despite canceling the subscription, the company did not terminate the membership and continued charging my card for months.

At first, charges of around $5 were deducted from my card. Later, on January 8, 2026, I noticed that another $10 charge was attempted. When I checked my subscriptions through the Apple Store, the application did not appear among my active subscriptions. Despite this, transactions under the name Mindguru. Life were still being processed, and I also received a notification saying that a transaction had been made by Mindguru. Life. Since I had already canceled the membership on my side, I absolutely do not accept these continued charges.

I request that my Mindguru. Life membership be immediately and permanently canceled and that all amounts charged from my card without my knowledge or consent be fully refunded. Otherwise, I may pursue this matter further through my bank and the appropriate official authorities.
